Mena Suvari To Collaborate For Echo Design

Echo Design, a leader in creating innovative, classic and sophisticated scarves and accessories since 1923, has teamed up with award winning actress Mena Suvari to create a limited edition collection of silk scarves set to debut in Fall 2007.

This three scarf collection features Mena’s own photography inspired by her love of nature. The photographs are digitally screened on silk and silk chiffon allowing Ms. Suvari’s artistic vision to be reproduced into wearable art. The collection vividly depicts trees in various stages of foliage, from the bright yellow leaves of autumn’s onset to the serene bleakness of a mid-winter landscape. 

The collection will be available, beginning in September, on www.echodesign.com, as well as at select retail partners, with a portion of the proceeds from the sales going to the Natural Resources Defense Council.
